Ordering & Payment

To order, please contact fineart@lissawatsonphotography.com. Invoice will be sent via email. Minimum first order $200, minimum reorder is $100.

Turnaround Time

To allow for order processing and printing, typical turnaround time is 2 weeks, though it may vary depending on order quantity. Please contact me before ordering if you have a time-sensitive order, as expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipping

Shipping costs are charged at the time of order placement. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Lissa Watson Photography is not responsible for any carrier delays or damage. 

Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges

All cancellations or changes to your order may be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellations or reductions to your order will be issued a restocking fee for 20% of the total deducted from your order. Any issues, incorrectly shipped products, returns, or exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be post- marked within 7 days of reporting. The retailer is responsible for any shipping cost for returns. All products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.
